No it doesn’t. There is no passage in the bible that says what day Jesus was born on. Christians simply ursurped a pagan holiday that was tied to the solstice and offered Christmas as a way to placate people who wanted to keep celebrating something at that time of year.

It’s that simple.

Personally, I’d prefer to celebrate the solstice, especially since Christmas has turned into a corporate celebration of making a profit at the end of the year.
