St. Marks Lutheran brings Satanism to Ferndale
If you were wondering where I’ve been the last few weeks, well Bramwell hasn’t been posting his signs on his website anymore so I’ve had to resort to other means to grab images of them. You didn’t miss much. His usual blabbering about gays for the most part. Whining about his anti-gay signs being vandalized and stolen. Seems to me that if people are upset about your signs that much that they will break the law to remove them, maybe, just maybe, you’re not doing this whole Christianity thing correctly.
I had to ask around for who or what was the target of this week’s diatribe against the Chamber of Commerce. The best I could come up with was it was a tardy reaction to the chamber supporting gay pride. From what I heard, one participant of the pride parade wore a satanic t-shirt or flag or such.
Every time I hear the Christians get all up in arms about satanists, I just laugh. When are they going to realize that the whole satanist thing is pretty much similar to Trumpsters having flags and bumper stickers that advocate “Make the Liberals Cry” as their sole platform. Make Christians cry. That’s basically what the satanic church is about. Honestly, nobody who doesn’t believe in Jesus believes in satan. It’s a fucking joke ok? They’re poking you with a stick because you’re too stupid to get it.
So let’s talk about satan for a bit. I’m sure I’ve gone over this before, but really? Satan is one of the dumbest concepts Christianity has spawned (although I’m sure they ripped it off from some other religion, just like everything else in the bible). It’s right up there with drinking some wine and eating a cracker to make yourself a better person.
In the beginning, there was nothing.
God comes along and creates the entire universe, just for the people living on this one tiny planet orbiting the sun that is spinning around in a galaxy, just one of the 100 billion or so galaxies out there.
After creating all that, he decides that the universe would be incomplete unless he had a formidable foe, in fact he creates a foe that is more powerful than himself.
Because if Satan wasn’t more powerful than god, then god certainly would have realized his mistake and he would have corrected his mistake, banishing Satan to some distant galaxy on the other side of the universe.
But no, Satan is an important part of god’s plan, because torture really turns him on. Why create an idealic world (like heaven for example) that people could live in their whole lives, when you can act like a 5 year old with a magnifier glass above an ant colony?
The chamber did not bring Satanism into Ferndale. The Christian churches did, because that’s how they get you to throw some bucks into the coffers every Sunday. Satan is simply a Christian name applied to guilt and rather than letting people live their lives and being happy, they want you to feel guilty so they can control and milk you.
The Chamber works for the benefit of everyone in Ferndale, not just the businesses. It’s time St. Mark’s does the same. We have enough division in this world right now without a local church provoking even more.
