The Old Steeple and the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce has done more good for this community than Tyrell Bramwell will ever do.

I’d much rather go to a church building to listen to some great music, or learn how to play my own better, than to waste my Sunday morning listening to a pastor exclaim for the millionth time that he’s not gay, and that being gay is a really icky thing.

His laser focus against gays has prompted a new nickname for him, Tiresome Bramwell.

To me, it does not seem to be the role of a church to publicly denigrate politicians, businesses, and organizations in the community it serves. It takes someone with a huge amount of pride to think that they should control the lives of everyone else and publicly shame them when they don’t meet your warped ideal of perfect social behavior.
